Coaching, Not Counseling
Unbroken Closers coaches sales skills and mindset. It is not counseling, therapy or medical care, and it is never a substitute for them.
Where Coaching Stops
LJ’s story includes real hurt, and the Unbroken Assessment can bring up things that run deeper than sales: grief, trauma, a hard childhood, addiction, depression or thoughts of giving up on more than a job.
Those deserve a licensed professional. A coach helps you sell through the hard days. A counselor helps you heal from what’s behind them. The strongest people LJ knows have used both.
- Coaching works on skills, habits, goals and how you show up on the floor.
- Counseling works on mental health, trauma, grief and relationships.
- If a coaching conversation goes somewhere it shouldn’t, LJ will pause it and point you to the right help.
- Nothing on this site diagnoses or treats any condition.
