What We Collect

• Forms you send us. When you book a call, request awards, nominate a closer, subscribe or ask for your assessment plan, we receive what you type: usually your name, email, phone, company and message.
• Assessment answers stay with you. Your answers to the Unbroken Assessment are scored in your browser and are never sent to us. If you ask for a plan, we receive only your name, email, what you sell and your top three areas.
• Analytics, only with your OK. If analytics is turned on, we use Google Analytics to count visits and clicks, and only after you accept the notice on the site.
• Small preferences on your device. The site remembers things like a dismissed announcement or an unlocked download in your browser’s storage. Nothing there is sent to us.

How We Use It

To reply to you, schedule coaching, fulfill award orders, send the lessons you subscribed to and improve the site. We don’t sell or rent your information.

Who Helps Us Run the Site

Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions. Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Videos play through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Google Analytics and a scheduling service such as Calendly are used only if they’re turned on. Each follows its own privacy policy.

Your Choices

Unsubscribe from emails any time using the link in each email. To see, correct or delete what we have about you, email and we’ll take care of it.

Children

This site is for working adults and isn’t directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
